Beach

We went to the beach today! Our last "Hurrah!" for summer, as we start school on Monday. The kids had a great time! DS#2 was a little nervous after thinking he was being washed away last summer, but Mike had him confidently body surfing in the water before long. DD had absolutely no fear (and I wish she had SOME)! DS#1 watched birds and looked for wildlife. We brought along a little bug house from Dollar Tree, and he put some sand and little sea critters in there, and we watched them filter food from the water. It was pretty cool- even DS#2 thought it was interesting.
