Symbolic Butterfly Migration UPDATE

As you will recall, last Fall, we sent our butterfly creations off to Canada to then migrate to Mexico, where they were to be cared for by some school children there... well, according to Journey North's Field Data, they have arrived in Angangueo, Michoacan (map). Looking at the pictures on Journey North's website, we were able to identify DD's purple butterfly in the lower picture, but have not yet found either of the boys' butterflies. This could be due to the fact that some of the butterflies are being held in such a way that we cannot see them very clearly, but since I found DD's butterfly, I am confident that they all made it there :-) I am so excited- and I have not even told the kids yet, LOL!!
